In addition to offering tastings of our fantastic spirits, we also offer many yummy cocktails and food! Our menu includes: Texas-Style BBQ Ribs (Fri and Sat nights), BBQ Rib-Fest!!!...Starting at 5:00 pm, we offer our BBQ Pork Ribs until they're gone! We start with a Texas spice rub and slowly smoke the ribs to perfection. The BBQ sauce at Missouri Ridge Distillery is made from the sweet wash (liquid) left over from distilling our spirits when we run our Single Barrel Bourbon Whiskey, Howlin' Hounds Moonshine, American Single Malt Whiskey, Howlin' Hounds Corn Whiskey, etc. through our copper stills. After evaporating off the alcohol, the left over liquid (called the "wash") is used as the base to create our amazing barbeque sauce. We have the traditional BBQ sides: BBQ Beans, Coleslaw, Chips,and a fantastic Baked Potato Casserole!
